Finally Friday
Eggs anyone? I have a few.
Anyways, I picked Lily up from school this afternoon and I was approached separately by two of Lily’s teachers. Both expressed concern because Lily had told them she was going to a new school. Seems she likes the playground of the school next to hers and in conversation with her mother about possibly going there, Diane said, “I’ll see what I can do”. I think Lily took that as, “Sure, go clean out your locker!”
Poor Leo had his checkup this morning, bright and early. He weighed in at a whopping 14lbs 8oz (good enough for a 44 percentile) and he’s managed to grow two more inches to 25 inches (56 percentile). He ended up with four shots in his little chubby thighs, which he didn’t like too much. But they (the fine doctors at Pediatric Health Care Alliance) have let us keep him for at least two more months.
We have a lot to do this weekend – Christmas tree has to go up, the house has to be cleaned and I know we need a trip to the mall.
Should be a gorgeous weekend – still in the 70’s and clear.
